Metis Grace offers worldwide shipping through trusted third-party logistics carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.

1. Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reliable carriers, including:
DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, YunExpress, and other equivalent logistics partners.

The carrier is selected based on destination and shipping method to ensure efficient delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

  • Standard items: 5-7 business days
  • Custom / personalized items: 7–10 business days

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.

👉 Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For personalized or custom products, we recommend placing orders at least 2–4 weeks in advance of important dates.

6. Remote Area Surcharge (U.S. Only)

The following remote U.S. regions may be subject to special shipping rates due to carrier limitations:

AA, AE, AP, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, VI, PR, AK (Alaska), and select locations in HI (Hawaii).

Expedited Shipping (5–8 Business Days)

  • Shipping Fee: $30.00

Standard Shipping (8–15 Business Days + Remote Area Surcharge)

Orders from $0.00 – $98.99

  • Shipping Fee: $12.99

Orders of $99.00 and Above

  • Shipping Fee: $7.90

Applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Not included in product or shipping prices
  • The responsibility of the customer

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear in carrier systems.

9. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, depending on carrier availability and local regulations.

Some destinations may have limited shipping options due to logistics restrictions.
