1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and free gifts must be included

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on your preference

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

4. Custom Orders

Custom items are made specifically for each customer and are non-returnable once completed and delivered, except in cases where:

  • The item is defective
  • The final product significantly differs from the approved design

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, not as expected, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Estimated processing times:

  • PayPal / Shop Pay: up to 3 business days
  • Credit Cards: 7–15 business days (depending on your bank)

7. Special Conditions

For solid gold items, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply due to material and production costs.

All handcrafted items may have slight variations in color, shape, or detail, which are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
